ABOUT FAMILY COMMUNITY CLINIC

Family Community Clinic, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides free primary healthcare services for the uninsured. Services are provided by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other health professionals in the community. Interpreters are also available for Spanish speaking patients.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Appointments are necessary for Telehealth and Onsite. Dental Clinic is also now open. Call 502-384-8444 to schedule an appointment.
